everything about this stream is fail other than the fact that the band played a pretty decent show for the better part of an hour.

it is pretty impressive that the soundman can just totally flick the sound off and on every 20 seconds or so. i hope they incorporate that kind of production into the next album.

they should play "hotel arizona" every night. it sucks that jeff's turned his back on some of his best material.

i'll be the first to admit that jay's somewhat of a creepy dude, but i never had a problem with any of his contributions musically. stage antics can be a turn-off, but at the end of the day, it's just not worth caring about. it's hard to blame nels for his playing.. the dude's just doing what he's good at. it's just a shame that it's been allowed to go on in such excess.

i kept waiting for something to happen, and it never did. sbs is flat, linear, and boring. the only thing that they could have done to make it worse would have been to hire a pro to lay down some killer jazz flute licks to compliment nels' generous offering of noodle orgies and cluster notes. needless to say, i am very disappointed with the album.
