J Mascis does a nice job solo acoustic with looping effects. He is a big user of ZVEX pedals.

Clay dot markers, no neck binding... makes it a pre 65 guitar... so its dated somewhere between 62-65 i reckon... its such a frankenstein guitar... very sonic youth.
