anyone know the instrumental bridge and outro parts? i really dig the feel on those parts, sounds like the strings are plucked real clean-like. my only insight so far has been to try an Am Em G chord progression and fool around with hammer-ons and pull-offs, but i'd like to get something concrete. anyone got it?

I haven't been able to find a tab or chord file for this awesome song and there's a bit too much going on in the mix for me to suss out the chords by myself. Anyone?
