  1. With it being the arrangements for piano, guitar and voice I would think it would almost definately contain the full tablature - it's only usually the quickly thrown together books that contain just chord boxes?

Can't say I'm overly familiar with either of the tunings mentioned above - especially in relation to Wilco songs - but there are certainly plenty of Wilco tracks where, Jeff primarily, uses some form of open tuning. From YHF for example; one, some or all of the guitars in Kamera, Radio Cure, I'm The Man Who Loves You or Pot Kettle Black could be in open D (or variations there of - Dropped D or Double Dropped D - hard to tell exactly?) and Poor Places Open C. If the tabs are in standard tuning then that is probably because it's the simplest way and anybody interested can then re tune and expe
