I think those mics belonged to Stan (I think that's the soundman's name). I know most of the tapers around here and I don't know of anyone else that went.

Anyone have any idea why there was no taping for these shows? Is that normal for Tweedy? Sure would have been nice to have a copy of that. Really good stuff. Next time I will come prepared for the "no taping" rule.

Me too!! See you there. I was a bit worried about this. Really haven't had an easier purchase in some time. Very nice you can pick your section. The front row of that third tier is where I would sit if I had first dibs.

As a taper, I don't think we (tapers) think it's uncool to ask for snail-mail trades. If you don't have high speed internet, it's totally understandable. Keep in mind that many of us have jobs, families, etc and we don't all have time to do trades. Also...consider asking the people that downloaded the FLAC's to help you out instead of tapers. We put a large amount of time into getting these recordings out there, and downloaders simply have to click their mouse button (and wait). It's not that I don't want to help you out.
