  1. I got second row for the second night in ATL.
  2. It was great - I enjoyed it better without her.
  3. Looking for two tickets for this Friday's show in Atlanta. Edit: Found tickets - thanks to all who offered!
  4. Or Sawyer a couple seasons ago; "Where's Claire!" or "What's going on?!" - those were his two lines for the whole season.
  5. Thanks for posting - I really like this version of War on War
  6. You're correct - they recorded to tape. They mentioned that Pro Tools was used at the Loft to craft the songs, then they learned how to play them together and recorded live(ish) to tape at Sear Sound.
  7. Probably a bit studio and a bit O'Rourke. What do you think?

    Sear Sound

I listened to Ghost is Born on my headphones for the first time in a while and I must say that it sounds fantastic. Really hope they decide to record an album at sear again. That's all - carry on.
  9. Busboys and Poets is a good restaurant, especially if you have a special diet http://www.busboysandpoets.com/ H Street Country Club (cool bar with mini golf and skee ball) http://www.thehstreetcountryclub.com/ The Brickskellar (vast beer list) http://www.lovethebeer.com/brickskeller.html
  10. Yeah, not sold on Jeff's song either. I really like Too Blue, Little by Little, Bodh..Blues and Phil Selway's songs. The 3 worlds collide instrumental is really cool as well.
  11. Beatles for Sale is the only of the early period Beatles that I've heard so far and it's WAY better than the 1987 version. Can't wait to hear all the other early Beatles albums - it doesn't seem possible that I can respect them more than I already do, but here we are.
  12. Still can't find it anywhere - I'll try on bit of patience.
  13. Fair enough - wasn't aware it was possible to search rapidshare.
  14. Is there any way someone could pm me with a link to one of these bad boys or an invite to a torrent site? I want to hear what everyone is talking about.
  15. Not sure if anyone here mentioned this, but Ryan Adams' Cold Roses is pretty great.
