  1. Absolutely love it. I wasn't totally sold at first, but I played it while driving home from work the other day and found myself belting out the words. I just love the way Jeff sings this one. And I think it lightens the album's mood in a good way and gives it the diversity reminiscent of a Beatles' album. Perfect, IMO.
  2. I got mine today too! I live in Boulder, CO. What a great surprise.
  3. So...only the vinyl will have the full version of One Sunday Morning???? Bummer.
  4. I hope I know when to show you my whooooole love
  5. This thread is cracking me up. Anyway, this has to be one of the most beautiful songs ever. I'm falling more and more in love with it with repeated listens. Such a great ending to a amazing album. To me, it seems to end the album with kind of a bitter sweet feeling. Like the way you feel after finishing a great book and not wanting it to end. There's just something so elegant and poignant about it that I can't quite put my finger on. But I can say that this is the first 12+ minute song that I am seriously bummed when it finally ends, I just want it to keep going...now that is an accomplishme
  6. Some of my favorite lyrics on the album. At first, they seem like just random words and thoughts, but they flow together so perfectly. Reminds me of Jeff's lyrics for a lot Summerteeth songs.
  7. I'm loving every song on the album. Favorites are Art of Almost, Dawned on Me, One Sunday Morning, Capitol City, and Whole Love. I was a little underwhelmed by Open Your Mind at first, but strangely enough I am finding the melody stuck in my head more than any other song....weird.... I love all the John Lennon & Randy Newman vibes going on.
  8. This is the best first listen I've had to an album in a very very long time. I'm ecstatic right now. I absolutely love almost every song on this album. Thank you Wilco!
  9. I'm on Whole Love right now. I can't wipe this smile off my face.
  10. There's a lot of funky organ on this album. I dig.
  11. Capitol City has a major John Lennon/Mr. Kite vibe going on.
  12. A lot of these songs feel Summerteeth-ish.
  13. Black Moon just gave me goosebumps.
  14. Yeah, I was thinking the same thinhg. Those background vocals are super Beatle-esque. I love it. The background vocals are awesome on Dawned on Me as well. Holy shit, I think I'm in love with this album already.
