  1. That's funny. I played a buddy of mine, who had never listened to the band, Shame, Shame and he immediately thought of the Lips. I don't really hear it. Maybe a little, I guess.
  2. Nah, that's cool. I found a stream of the video. Thanks.
  3. Is this from a recent SXSW show, or old one? Link? I will definitely be making the May 1st show at Emo's (w/ Deer Tick).
  4. Thanks for the heads up, Beltmann!
  5. I hope they never play in Cedar Park again. That place blows. I really enjoyed the Can't Stand It.
  6. No, no, no. Round Room is actually their most underrated record, IMO. It holds up. Joy is ok. It has its moments.
  7. Changed The Locks and Joy are 2 of the best songs she has ever written.
  8. How is this? His first one, right? I haven't listened to any of his early stuff. Can you recommend some of his best early work? I hear Where'd You Hide the Body is really good.
  9. "PHISH ON GUITAR HERO & ROCK BAND 06.30.09 A Phish "Live Track Pack" for Guitar Hero World Tour is available for download now and features live recordings of "Sample in a Jar," (12/1/94 Salem Armory, Salem, OR), "Down with Disease," (12/1/95 Hershey Park Arena, Hershey, PA), and "Chalk Dust Torture," (11/16/94 Hill Auditorium, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI as released on "A Live One"). The pack is compatible with 360, PS3 and Wii . The Track Pack can be downloaded from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and from the PlayStation Store (where the songs are also available as singles).
  10. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the 3 tracks from the new record that are out there.
  11. Nah, James and Ward have been positive influences on Conor. He's not nearly as pretentious and whiny any more.
