  1. This was the third show I've been to and it was probably the best one I've seen so far. The energy of the band and the crowd was awesome. I'm on a Wilco facebook group that was recently discussing the standing vs. sitting during the concert debate, and I thought it was interesting that the lower level stood during the whole show, and the balcony sat for the whole show, except for Spiders. I was in the second row of the balcony and I'm a short guy and I have a disability that keeps me from standing too long, so I thought that worked well. For me at least. A couple obesrvations to add to b
  2. I would like to add Spoon to this list.
  3. So for those of you who have listed to the album on vinyl, where is the break between side one and side two?
  4. What would we be without wishful thinking? (Sorry - someone had to say it.)
  5. Nice string of BT songs at the end of the main set.
  6. I've been reading up about the Orpheum, and it has such an amazing history. It was built with non-amplified instruments in mind, which makes the hootenanny style encore extra appropriate for the venue. Too cool.
  7. They always have a picture of the poster on Wilcoworld. Here is a link: http://wilcoworld.net/#!/tour_date_type/25-september-2015-iu-auditorium-bloomington-in/
  8. Either Way? Awesome. William Tyler posted on Instagram that he sat in on Airline. Very cool.
  9. That's what I was thinking of. Good call. By the way, how is it that you are able to go to most of the shows? Do you work for/with the band? I've been meaning to ask since I started getting back on here a few weeks ago.
  10. I would love to hear Face live sometime. I read somewhere that Nels got the cat at a second hand store across the street from The Loft.
  11. I have a disability so it's sometimes hard for me to stand for 2 hours. I have been to one Wilco show before and was in the balcony. I ended up having to stand the majority of the time, and I sat down for a couple songs that aren't really at the top of my favorites list. When I saw Wilco last week in Kalamazoo I made sure I got front row of the balcony, as I was anticipating the crowd in the balcony to stand. Ended up being awesome seats by the way. Throughout the show, I looked back at the rest of the balcony a few times. The only time that more than maybe 20 people total stood was at t
  12. They played it a few times towards the end of the last tour. I was a little disappointed they didn't play it in Kalamazoo. I was hoping to see John's 12 string bass.
  13. That's exactly what I thought when I looked at the setlist.
  14. Agreed. I was shocked when I got to my car after the show and realized it was only 11:00. I thought for sure that it would be a lot later than that.
  15. Jeff may have seemed a little distracted by technical difficulties. William Tyler started right at 7:30 (show time) and got exactly a half hour. I think Wilco went on at 8:30 or very close to.
