  1. I have a pair of tickets to the Friday Oct 11 Boston show I can't use. Balcony C, Row V, Seats 101 and 102. I paid $94 with all fees, etc...but am willing to entertain offers. The tickets aren't sold out yet, but I'd appreciate if you could help me upload mine before you go the ticketmater route. Email: michaelpancheri@gmail.com Thanks!
  2. Finally my first Wilco show even if beeing a fan since "Beeing There" came out. Cant wait till tomorrow. Heres an article form the local paper "Adressa" while Im waiting.
  3. I can't stop listening to it. I think it's about killing the self and getting back to home=love=empathy. I've been a fan since way back, but I after seeing a show this summer, I can't stop listening to this song. Over. And over. And over. And over. It won't get old. Help.
  4. Any folks in Colorado like Pink Floyd? Northern Strangers are playing Dark Side of The Moon and Wish You Were Here presented in full, front to back at The Barkley Ballroom in Frisco, CO this Thursday 9/4 at 9PM. Free 21+ We're gonna party all night and play some more classic rock psychedelic tunes to finish out the evening after the Floyd set is over. Come check it out if you're in the area!
  5. Since we're nearing Wilco's 20th anniversary I was wondering what folks consider to be their best ever, most essential bootleg recordings over the last 2 decades. My top 5: 1. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot Demos & Outtakes 2. The Troubador, Los Angeles: 11/12/96 3. Their 5 night residency at the Riveria in Chicago playing their entire catalog: 2/15-2/20/2008 4. Grant Park, Chicago: 7/4/01 (Jay Bennett's last show) 5. Solid Sound Festival 6/21/13 (completely kick ass covers)
  6. sorry if this is the wrong forum .... but does anyone have or know of any live video wilco bootlegs or official recordings? streams, torrents, whatever ....wish I could go to Tokyo in April!
  7. The Floyd "live" on the BBC in 1967. I guess that this clip was feared lost -- erased from the masters and everything. But somebody (mostly) salvaged it. Cool to see Syd actually (kinda) performing. And I think that the crap video quality actually adds to the psych appeal.
  8. Hey all, Just drove back from seeing Wilco play in Milwaukee and felt a little disappointed. But I think there are some real ways for them to achieve a reboot. Would you do me a favor and add your thoughts as a comment to our blog post? Best comments will be integrated into the post itself. Thanks. It's all in the spirit of giving a great band an even greater legacy. Think about R.E.M. and you'll understand where I'm coming from.
  9. Hi all, I have pit tickets to the Sunday 9/25 show at Merriweather. I'm bringing my wife and she's 4 months pregnant so while she wants to come to the show, we don't think she'll be wanting to stay on her feet the whole time. If anyone's interested in a trade please let me know. I live 3 minutes from the venue and could meet you at any time. Thanks for reading! Ralph
