Death Valley and Cali coast questions

Recommended Posts

yeah, when you stop at baker, eat at the mad greek (their sign is in that photo)... its a greasy spoon kind place but really great road food. stop in primm (just past the state line of NV) and ride a roller coaster. Its a weird little town consisting of a couple big hotels and a shopping mall and the first gambling spot on your way to vegas. you should go to joshua tree, if possible, as well.

big sur is GORGEOUS. accommodations are generally camping/rustic or lavish resorts. you can find lots of interesting stuff online. While you are near big sur, go see the redwoods near santa cruz. http://www.bigbasin.org/
