If a cab driver tries to hassle you, just ask for their ID, which usually shuts them up. But they'll be around. Nope, legally they can't, but sometimes they do, mostly because they need to pay the bills, too. I always get things worked out, but I just wanted to let Nobody Girl know about the possibility.
