at select stores the dvd will include a bonus acoustic performance dvd. not sure what the rule about posting things in the forum is, but if anyone wants a sendspace link to the tracks send me a pm or tell me its alright to post here.

Any idea who these retailers are? I'd hate to get it somewhere and then find out I could've gone somewhere else or ordered it online and gotten the bonus DVD.

yeah, not really sure. i was told it was certain indie stores and not so much the big box stores, there is nothing on there site about this. i figure that it can't be too selective since the oz music here in tuscaloosa had the package with the bonus dvd.

Here's some info from the MMJ site:

You get the limited 'Acoustic Chorale' DVD EP when you buy the Okonokos DVD at selected indie stores.

Check these links for all locations:

http://www.thealliancerocks.com/

The DVD is very limited so be there on street date.

Tracklist:

1. Bermuda Highway

2. At Dawn

3. Sooner

4. Where to Begin

5. I Think I'm Going to Hell

6. Strangulation

I've heard the audio to these songs and they are as good as the Okonokos cuts. They are taken from the same show. No stores carried this near me, so I ordered it online from a record store in CA.

thanks for posting..... damn though :hmm not one store listed in Chicago that has the bonus dvd. One would think that Reckless would carry it, and I might just have to check up on that after work. If not, I guess its on-line for me too

For those in the Milwaukee area:

The Rosebud Cinema Drafthouse is going to screen the MMJ movie next week. It's a cool place to see a movie, what with the sofas and beer.

with the aid of my anonymous ticket-purchasing wing(wo)man--i got tickets for all three nights at the fillmore in december. two bonus rad things about this show: west coast!! no time zone crossing shenanigans! AND it's a holiday weekend at work.

WOOOOO-HOOOOOOO!!!

*now constructing foam novelty flying-v guitar to bring to show...*
