Yes, I use Acoustica.

I have become very familiar with it's basic version and have enjoyed using it over many years. No frills.

I like it because it is really simple. I imagine most would outgrow it and would need to upgrade, esp. if pitch control is important.

 

Here is a freeware site that has several other audio mixing software, since it's free, it's a good place to get started.

Please note Tweedling that I haven't ever downloaded anything form this site. I'm sure a little surfing around there could easily reveal it's legitimacy.
