What time does the band come on?2. Is there an opening act? I have been to the tower before, so to answer questions posted in the other threads, it is a crappy area and not such a great tailgating sceneTailgating is done mostly in your car in the parking garage There is a cool bar/ restaurant around the corner named the Waterford.
