I own "Auto Rock" and I've only listened to it a few times.. It's good stuff, just hasn't really taken off for me.. Maybe I need to get more of their stuff.

 

I would definately suggest it, especially if that's all you've heard. Go for "Come On Die Young," it's great.

Mogwai....hell yeah!

 

There are some great live recordings of them available for download and streaming at archive.org.

Makes for great late night ambience, in the background, while you are grooving with yo lady.....

Unfortunately about 95% of archive.org's live music catalog is made up of local jam bands. Not horrible stuff, but all the same. Mogwai does have a good collection there, as do a few others, like Explosions In The Sky.
