Where are you seeing this? Not doubting, really. Just curious.

Would it be through the Cook County Democratic Committee? They at least might have a link to such a fundraiser.

I thought about going to this until I realize how it expensive it is. However, it is for a good cause, but I am a college student though I am going to donate some money to Barack Obama.

You must not be familiar w/ the duties of a vice president if you think Jeff Tweedy holding the office would be reason enough for Wilco to go on hiatus.

They already rehearse in an "undisclosed location."

Well it won't be all of Wilco at the show because Nels has a show in Colorado that night. I don't see any gigs lined up for Mike, Glenn, Pat, John or another local Obama supporter, Andrew Bird...
