Oh good point about the Tuesday thing. Ok, so, not to beck pedal, but if not this week than next Tuesday.

Further predictions: No album announcement, but I could see a single getting dropped like Locator did before Schmilco was announced.

Funny you should mention that. Someone over at the FB group said that they heard something about new Wilco this week. It was a radio station out of Albany WEXT 97.7. I can’t find the post now, but I do feel like something will happen next week with the Knoxville shows. And I think the OP said that it sounded like it was for a single drop and not an album release.

Why would a radio station out in Albany be the 1st to drop new info? This week isn’t over yet....

I scoured the internet for a picture of Beck on a bicycle for at least two minutes, and I'm very sorry I came up empty handed. But just picture it for me.

If it's a joint Wilco/Beck tour that gets announced soon, I will look like a genius!

I don't know this Albany station, but it's possible if Wilco is playing Albany that the radio station could be involved in promoting it, which would give them inside knowledge. Otherwise I question how much early access to singles a radiostation that isn't KEXP/KCRW/Siriux XMU, would get for Wilco in this day and age. Lots of bands are announcing fall tours this week and dropping singles. Sufjan Stevens and Sleater-Kinney both released singles this morning. So I still feel strong about something happening soon, even if Tuesday came and went with nothing!

FWIW, Albany is pretty darn close to North Adams.  Could have some tie-in to Solid Sound?

NAILED IT!!!

....No shows anywhere near me. Disappointed. I wasn't expecting a Winnipeg show but I was hoping for Minneapolis. Maybe in 2020...

I'm cool with there being no shows near me for now. They are obviously doing Midwest/West another time. Can't be everywhere always.

I also think the password for these presales is interesting: Casino Queen. Not referencing a new album. In fact referencing their oldest material.

I kinda like how no new tour dates were listed here in this thread. It was close to opening up a present. Extremely surprised to see 2 shows listed for Boston. Also surprised at the venue. Relieved to be seeing them again in October. It feels like 2004 all over again with these venues.

Boch Center presale code for Thursday 10am is MARQUEE

Live Nation presale code for Thursday 10am is GROOVE

Edit: haven’t received an email yet.

Edit part 2: FB events lists start time at 7:30 which always sounds like there could be an opener.

So they going to push three years since the last Chicago show then? Can’t imagine they’d wait until 2020.

Given Jeff's August solo (or TWEEDY? looks like it is back to solo?) show in Evanston they likely can't announce anything until after that and midwest isn't on the docket at this point.

I get it. But I really want to see a Wilco show!

I totally forgot how this works. Last time I bought tix for something that wasn’t Solid Sound was fall of 2015 for Boston 2016 shows. Scratch that. I was at the Maine show in 2017.

I don’t have the email yet, but I know both presale codes. The official site doesn’t say much on what to do. Do I need my own user name? Lol

Edit: ok. I looked around here and I see the pinned Crowd Surge thread.
