Just got two for Tuesday!!

Wow. That is my only word to describe today. I got there at around 3, my dad and I went back with Alex from WRNR (cool guy!) and sat down in this tiny ass room. Alex set up his recording stuff to tape his interview with Jeff, and we shot the shit for a couple of minutes. Then Jeff came in, we all shook hands, and Alex did his interview. My dad and I got a few moments to talk to Jeff, got a picture, and Jeff had to go. As he was going, he says "Any requests for the sound check?" I say "Via Chicago, no doubt!" and he says "Nah, We'll play that tonight"

So I walk out to the sound check with a ridiculous grin on my face and watch them warm up. I have to give a HUGE thanks to WRNR and Record & Tape traders. I'll post the picture as soon as WRNR sends it to me.

As for the show, simply amazing. Via Chicago was fucking money. Poor Places into Kidsmoke floored me..and a THIRD(!) encore! I'm still grinning!

UPDATE! My dad just won backstage passes on WRNR. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man

I never post here, but I had to share. I just won sound check passes via Record and Tape Traders to catch the sound check at Merriweather on Thursday. Maybe I'll get to meet them. Oh joy

anyone having pops & clicks from the wilcoworld one? i just switched to the npr one & blows, i wonder if its my speakers or the transfer.

im getting some clicks from wilcoworld...nothing too bad though..audio is wonderful
