Colours In Waves-South
Each and every day
Colours in waves
Love and nights cause sparks
Tearing us apart
Street lights fading
Cuts my heart
Knowing that the time is past
Comes in waves that don't belong
To me they're silent
Fall back on what you've done
I'll be the only one
These colours before my eyes
I'll be forever colourblind
Each and every day
Colours in waves
Love and nights cause sparks
Tearing us apart
Street lights fading
Cuts my heart
Knowing that the time is past
Comes in waves that don't belong
To me they're silent
Fall back on what you've done
I'll be the only one
These colours before my eyes
I'll be forever colourblind
These colours in waves

Sometimes I'm up
Sometimes I'm down
Other times I'm probably found
Somewhere between a pair of huge
Speakers pushed by vacuum tubes
Let it down
Watch it go round and round
Here I've found that I'm alright
If you're happy and you know it
Turn the volume up and blow it out
If youre happy and you know it
Turn the volume up and blow it out
Blow it out
Blow it oooout
Blow it out
You could be my guiding light
Shining in the vinyl bright
To help me find a place that's best
Where I can lay my arm to rest
Let it down
Watch it go round and round
Here the sound now I'm alright
If you're happy and you know it
Turn the volume up and blow it out
If youre happy and you know it
Turn the volume up and blow it out
Blow it out
Blow it out
Blow it out
Blow it ooooout
Blow it out!

Ian Brown-Dolphins Were Monkeys
I could be the next to see
That there'll be nobody there
If you feel excited throw your hands into the air
No one can judge you baby
That don't live your life
I need the resistance
Held by your astrological sign
Now I'm caught in the middle
You're next to me
I swim with the fishes
You come from the sea
The dolphins were monkeys that didn't like the land
Walked back to the water
Went back from the sand
The dolphins were monkeys that didn't like the land
Should I be walking the beach
Then I'd be holding your hand
I could be the next to see
That there'll be nobody there
If you feel excited throw your hands into the air
No one can judge you baby
That don't live your life
I need the resistance
Held by your astrological sign
So now I'm caught in the middle
You're next to me
I swim with the fishes
You come from the sea
The dolphins were monkeys
That didn't like the land
Should I be walking the beach
I'll be holding your hand (yeaaaa)
If you feel excited throw your hands into the air
If you feel excited
Throw your hands into the air
No one can judge you baby
That don't live your life
I need the resistance
Held by your astrological sign

"Contrast"
Look at what we have done,
See the colors begin to fade.
Soon, we'll lose everyone,
And there'll only be shades of grey.
Oh no. (woohoo woohoo)
This won't ever last. (woohoo woohoo)
That won't ever pass. (woohoo woohoo)
Well, I'm sorry, but we are slipping into
Contrast (hey hey hey).
Contrast, it's a common mistake.
Contrast. (hey hey hey).
How we're slipping away.
Now, there's nothing to say.
We're too stubborn to make it right.
So, we'll just sit and wait
Until everything's black and white.
Oh no. (woohoo woohoo)
This won't ever last. (woohoo woohoo)
That won't ever pass. (woohoo woohoo)
Well, I'm sorry, but we are slipping into
Contrast (hey hey hey).
Contrast, it's a common mistake.
Contrast. (hey hey hey).
How we're slipping away.
Contrast (hey hey hey).
Contrast, it's a common mistake.
Contrast. (hey hey hey).
Oh how we're slipping away.
(woohoo woohoo)
(woohoo woohoo)
This won't ever last. (woohoo woohoo)
That won't ever pass. (woohoo woohoo)
Well, I'm sorry, but...

I was tryin' to break the rules
Life is a dream
So it seems
Flash your picture in a magazine
Look who's passin'
In a limousine
Look who's a fallin' star
An ancient story
An innocent fool
He broke his mind tryin' to break the rules
I waste my time tryin' to b-b-b-b-break the rules
Build up the wall
Knock it down again
I don't wanna talk about it now
The central issue
Overall limit
I spend it in the town
I broke my mind
Tryin' to break the rules
I broke my mind tryin' to break the rules
Red red lips
On a cappuccino dress
Feasting on dead duck
Same old story
Pay alimony
We spent your share and give us ours
I paid my life tryin' to break the rules
I broke my life tryin' to break the rules

Grew up in a house where the previous owner had hung himself. Numerous stories I usually save for campfires. Sometimes scary, although the spirit almost seemed protective at times. Alot of activity with this one. Research seems to conclude that kinetic energy had a lot to do with this one since I was teen when the highest activities seemed to happen.
