Hello everyone. I have a few ?'s about tickets for Chicago.

1. Does anyone have any luck with the "pre-sales". Is it worth the time or do the brokers get all of them?

2. Can anyone link me to a step-by-step way of getting tickets online?----pre-sale and not? (I've never bought tickets this way)

3. Is a credit card enough----or do I need passwords, memberships, secret decoder rings, etc.?

4. Is there any better chance for going to the box office at the Riv?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice. I guess I need to learn more about all this newfangled technology.

i got my first introduction to led zepplin this weekend(not counting the songs that are played on the "classic" rock radio station in town), and i am really impressed. i mean they aren't really life-altering songs, but they are really great, and some of the guitar and bass parts are really clever from an analytical standpoint. either way, i'm impressed.

i just bought that 2 disc set of "early days" and "latter days".

 

anybody have any suggestions for full albums to pick up.

 

next on my list to get is some t.rex stuff.

10 CD box set. $80.00 or less. The only studio zep you need(all of it). Then start the boots. There are zep shows out there that sound much better than the studio offerings. But be careful, some of 'em sound like shit.

I'm a bit reluctant to mess with foobar, I hear it takes forever to tweak...I'm just looking for a .zip with the mp3s for now..

Hi, I use flac frontend to convert flac files to wav files, then burn to disc. I've never had any problems with it. Never tried foobar. Also, if you have nero, you can burn flac files directly with a plugin. Hope this helps.
