  1. Ive been playing guitar for 4+ years..and i can say that i LOVE guitar hero 2...its a hell of alot of fun, and it actually has helped me guitar playing, mostly right hand timing, also giving me new rhythms...left hand has improved my finger independence and some speed..pretty fun either way... ( i have beaten expert, started at hard when i first played )

  2. Please read the beginning of the thread. I talked to a taper before at after the show. It was taped, he said it would be a week. It is longer now obviously, but i have been checking bt.etree.org everyday to find it. Havent seen it, i suggest that anyone with a login to PureliveGigs or DimeADozen check if they have it up, possibly it is up there, but since they are private BT Trackers, we will need someone to re-seed it on Etree.

  3. I saw them once open for Do Make Say Think - They were the 7pm guys....they rocked, was happy i got there early that night, got ambassador and love it...casey was really cool, hung out talking to him for a while in between their set and the Berg Sans Nipple....good stuff....and they like their whiskey thats for sure

  4. yea, a couple of people just chatting, but they eventually shut up, atleast no chatting during Sunken Treasure...which being the the first song i expected it to be a bit loud cause its so quite, but im sure 90% were real fans there, and jsut a couple donkeys...i was singing my ass off as was most in my area...so yea, the whole place was singing....

  5. i prefer Radiohead version of "Nobody does it Better" (the bond theme) - Originally by Carly Simon...

    Nobody does it better

Makes me feel sad for the rest

Nobody does it half as good as you

    Baby, you're the best

I wasn't looking but somehow you found me

It tried to hide from your love light

    But like Heaven above me

    The spy who loved me

Is keeping all my secrets safe tonight

    And nobody does it better

Though sometimes I wish someone could

Nobody does it quite the way you do

Why'd you have to be so good?

The way that you hold me

    Whenever you hold me

There's some kind of magic inside you

    That keeps me from running

    But just keep it coming

How'd you learn to do the things you do?

    And nobody does it better

Makes me feel sad for the rest

Nobody does it half as good as you

Baby, baby, darlin', you're the best

    Baby, you're the best

    Darlin', you're the best

    Baby, you're the best

    Baby, you're the best

    Baby, you're the best

    Baby, you're the best

  6. As i stated in the end of my post, there was a taper there, and i spoke to him prior to their set and after, he said give him about a week and we will see it up somewhere...so just be on the search.. I was all the way in the back, right next to soundboard, thats why i thought the sound was excellent. I heard everything clearly....if u want the awe factor u stand close, if u want the best sound u take a hit with sight but get the sound 10X over....its worth it i think.

Edit: Regardless, the energy on stage and in the crowd could not be beat...

  7. Well, here is my first post at this forum. Thanks for the set list guys, looks just right. I have to say, this was one of the most amazing shows i have ever seen, and i have seen some fairly intimate shows from many artists.

This was my first Wilco show, i don't know if that is good or bad yet. Am i going to be letdown from here?!

I could have gone for Shake It Off, Heavy Metal Drummer and Misunderstood. But I AM NOT COMPLAINING. This was an AMAZING set. I have Boston tomorrow night to see if i can get those 3 that i wanted to here.

The crowd was absolutely nuts, the staff was great (couple free beers i got. GOOD BEERS RIGHT?!)

Jeff seemed like he was in amazing spirits. Nels was SOOO nasty last night its unbelievable. And the duel in Hoodoo was sick.

I am surprised there is no mention of the entire clapping interlude in Spiders. Surely that was one of the rarest things i have ever seen at any live show. To start a good solid clap, keep it on rhythm, speed it up, and just see them explode back into the bridge - WOW!

I am truly still mind blown right now. At work on 4 hours of sleep, but man was it worth it all!

**Taper was right in front of soundboard. He knew wtf he was doing and he said it would be about a week and we should see it on "bit torrent" - cause i asked where he was uploading and that was his response, and i mentioned BT.etree...so, we'll find it. Im sure its every show, but they did tape soundboard. ***
