I can see the argument from both sides, however, Wilco have choosen to put it out there into the ether, for free. if somone did choose to rip it and share with fellow fans, trade or whatever Wilco are not loosing out. Its a fan thing amongst here, we already have all the records. Wilco have not specified that it isnt to be ripped, in my opinion its no different to recording a gig broadcast on the radio, this just happens to be Wilco.fm Thats just my take, however I am biased seeing as i was there, it was THE best gig I've ever been to, well hang on that can only be another good reason,
