I've been through there many times, trust me - there is not much to "tour". All the places to go are in St. Louis. Cicero's, Mississippi Nights, Euclid Records, Vintage Vinyl....

i always forget that i am a member of the boards here.....
anyways. i was there last night. sat 2nd row balcony right. amazing show.
21st Wilco show (not including solo shows and side projects) across (now) 5 different cites over the last 16 years.
even after all of that - they still take my breath away each and every show.

moving to Boston with my fiancee (from Chicago) last October seems to be a smart move when it comes to all things Wilco. Got to see them last night (had to sell my tickets to both nights of the UIC shows due to the move) and now this.
fantastic!

If they are playing Philly - then Boston/New York (I'll go to either city - my fiancee is from Long Island) isn't out of the question.

Wilco and The Flaming lips.. This would be way too awesome for the universe to handle, causing it to implode.
We've have survived.

Since this is my fantasy - anything can come true:
Americana Revival Tour
Lucero
DBT
Jayhawks
Whiskeytown (Reunion)
Wilco (with special guest Jim Ryan from Blood Oranges)
-
Spotted John Cusack at a show or two in the past.

it's been a very long since i've actually posted here....
sounds like the show last night was a success. thanks to my move earlier this month to Boston with my fiancee, i missed out on my chance to see Wilco for the 17th time (and to continue my stretch of seeing every album tour since "being there").
i know they did that ballpark tour earlier this year, but are there any rumors or rumblings around that they might come back to the new england area? are they going to continue the tour past the dates in canada?

i was a bit late getting night 4... is there something wrong with the file? it wont let me unzip it... and when i do... i only get the first track.
Nevermind

Someone really misses Ken Coomer?
Or itching for a Max Johnston return?

Today's Wilco fans are pretty decent, I think... the fans I really, REALLY hate are next Friday's Wilco fans.
HAHAHHA!

I became an Uncle Tupelo fan in 1992. Does that make me better than everyone else? And if so, do I get special prizes, rewards, and perks? I hope so!
Same with me... I bought "No Depression" around 92/93

Yes they would make a brilliant DVD, but other than a few handheld recorders down front, I didn't see any filming from the stage. perhaps there was some out of my sight lines or in the balconies, but if they were planning on doing a DVD, there likely would've been multiple cameras every night.
There were hand held cameras (on Tuesday I believe) as well as one or two cameras near the back soundboard on Saturday and Monday.

my opinion, not yours (but i saw it was about the threads after i posted )
