Hi, looking for two tickets to the Ryan Adams show in Chicago on 11-Dec-11 at the Cadillac Palace.
-
My boys are looking to get in. I already have tickets.
-
My buddy and I are going, my girl *now* wants to go. Would be swell if I could score her a ticket and she could come along.

Hi, looking for two tickets to the Madison show. The lower/closest to the stage the better, obviously.
Thanks, Chris.

Just got my ticket this morning. Anyone interested in carpooling from Columbia, MO to the show?
If you can make it to the Lou, you can prolly catch a ride with us.

Man, I was totally out of the loop and just found out about this!
I got pretty shitty seats, two seats in Sect. 4, Row R.

all i can say is Seagate. i just went over 3 tb on my network, and all but 1 drive is Seagate.
i've had many issues with Western Digital , and pretty good luck with Hitachi.
I would concur, Seagate all the way.

Thought you guys would dig this... I noticed the other day, when unlocking my door, the lock was imprinted with "ilco".. So I laughed, grabbed a magic marker, and prepended a solid black "W"...

I used to have a boot of Phish doing the entire White Album on New Years Eve and they did Don't Pass Me By as a pretty rockin' bluegrass tune. I wish I could find that again...
dcd
Two things.... Since I have yet to chime in, I'll add only this...
1. Nearly impossible to answer as moods and times change, but I'll say... maybe Something, Julia or Happiness.... (or the Abbey Road Medley ;p).
2. I *somehow* lost said boot, but in the process of searching, unearthed this jem:
Phish
11-02-98
E Centre, West Valley City, UT
1: Tube, Tube Jam -> Drowned -> Jesus Just Left Chicago, Driver*, Bittersweet Motel**, Limb by Limb, Wading in the Velvet Sea, Sample in a Jar
2: Down with Disease, The Mango Song, The Moma Dance^, You Enjoy Myself, Harpua^^ > (Speak to Me, Breathe, On the Run, Time, The Great Gig in the Sky, Money, Us and Them, Any Colour You Like, Brain Damage, Eclipse) > Harpua#
E: Smells Like Teen Spirit##
NOTE: Apparently, I only have set II.
Let me know if there's any interest....
Also, it looks like you can find Phish's take on the White Album on 'Live Phish 13':
Live Phish Vol. 13: 10/31/94, Glens Falls Civic Center, Glens Falls, New York [LIVE]

Didn't someone post one time about how much Wilco hated St. Louis and how they were always skipping playing there and ever since UT went away Tweedy thinks he's too cool...blah...blah?
Maybe I made it up, but I swear someone went off about that a year ago.
So I guess what I'm saying is: It's all good now....take that(?).
Was it this maybe?

There are numerous hotels that would fall into the affordable catergory just south of the Pageant. There is a Holiday Inn at the corner of I-44 and Hampton Ave which is not too far away(more than walking distance) and a brand new Drury Inn right across the street. THere is also a Holiday Inn Express on the corner of I-44 and Jefferson. You should be able to find something for under $100 a night. Anything too much less in St Louis proper you may want to reevaluate safety.
There is also a Red Roof Inn at I-44 and Hampton.
Red Roof Inn St. Louis-Forest Park (#135)
I-44 at Hampton Avenue South, Exit #286

As for a board patch, you need to know the secret handshake and Stan's middle name. (I hope I haven't said too much!)
Apparently so.... I'll keep my eyes peeled next show!
Thanks, btw, for the response! Now all I have to do is script some shit to try and login every so often until I get an acct. ;p

It's up at Dime:
http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=187454
I'm happy to be able to share this--I think it sounds amazing, maybe even better than the FM broadcast.
>>>
Thanks to Stan, Ken, and everyone with Wilco, my fellow tapers, and thir13en!
Please share nice lossless copies of this recording, but don't ever sell or buy it. Buy Wilco's fabulous records instead!
Anyone know if this is anywhere else? Apparently dimeadozen is not accepting new registrations.
I'd love this get a copy of this show.
Speaking of which, how in the world did you get a soundboard patch?

Thanks for the help, but it's a Vista problem...found this online
"you can try this too:
Also for anything that wont run due to compatibility issues, change the properties to run in XP mode and set yourself as admin. Works for stuff like FLAC Frontend and mkw shn tool, along with many other programs that at first gave me problems."
this is getting spooky. I'm not sure I want to mess with the properties much less not sure how.
You can always try the command-line utilites. Not sure how comfortable you are working from command-line, but it's pretty simple.
You can get them here:
http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/sourcef...c-1.2.1-win.zip
Basically, just download the zip file and extract to the folder of your choice (maybe like C:\Program Files\flac-cmd or something like that).
Then open a DOS prompt (Start > Run > cmd > Ok), then "cd" (change directory) to the location of the flac files.
For example: cd "C:\lossless\wilco" (or whatever the case maybe)
Then should be a simple as running: flac.exe -d *.flac or in this case: flac.exe -d *.Flac
Two things to note, you may need to specify the name of the output file (blah.wav) and you might also have to add flac.exe to your PATH.

I 1/2 read this thread, but if you're looking for killer shows, you might want to check out:

Hi, froggie, I taped the show. If you want to burn the show to disc, you can split the show however you'd like (or however it makes most sense). Few tapers track out shows according to compact disc lengths any longer; that is more of a legacy tracking method that dates back to the time when CD's were the medium of choice. Nowadays, most tapers just track out the show sequentially, because of the myriad of playback options available (i.e.: portable music devices, smartphones, cloud-based streaming, etc).
I hope that answers your question. If not, please let me know.
Thanks, Chris.
