It's the theme from the Bob Newhart Show, the first Bob Newhart Show, from the mid-seventies in which Bob played a Chicago psychologist. You might be able to find the original on iTunes, I think they have a TV themes collection on there somewhere, just do a search.

I was standing right next to you for the infamous "WHOOOO" episode and if you'll remember correctly Tweedy's response was, "Whooo, huh? I don't like it." You'll notice that we were not blessed with "Shake It Off" on Monday...I'm just sayin'...
