A college roommate got me hooked on Wilco. In return, I got him in to Mike Watt, which oddly enough becomes entirely relevant. He had A.M., Summerteeth and Mermaid Avenue. I was in a stage of Watt hero-worship due to being big in to Contemplating the Engine Room (which is still among my most favoritest albums) which Nels Cline played on, and seeing that tour with Cline on board. When we moved apart, I realized that I really missed those albums, and picked them up, along with Being There, which is I think, still my favorite Wilco album. When Yankee Hotel Foxtrot came out, I wasn't craz
