  1. Aha, I think I figured this one out. Even though Wilco is done with Nonesuch, his PUBLISHING as of the last album was still through Warner/Chappell, part of WMG: http://www.warnerchappell.com/featured/featuredwriters.jsp You have to search for "Tweedy, Jeff" in the little Flash box to see his publishing. Looks like some unreleased titles in the mix! So, it appears Wilco -- or at least Warner/Chappell -- requested the takedowns.
  2. This should be of interest to the band... So Pitchfork (via You Ain't No Picasso and TwentyFourBit) posted three fan-made live videos to YouTube. As of right now, they have been removed. Not by Wilco, but by WARNER MUSIC GROUP for copyright infringement.
