I will be flying to LA from Florida for the show at the Wiltern on the 25th, and I'd love to be able to go to Hollywood the day before as well. If anybody has an extra ticket that they would be willing to part with, I would be forever grateful. My e-mail address is dougwashingtonmusic@yahoo.com. Thanks!

i know a lot of the concert goers are really obnoxious in atlanta.
the drunks at the fox show last year were terrible, but that's part of it.
Well hopefully they'll be tolerable this time around because I'm making a pretty long haul from southwest FL. Florida crowds can be pretty awful too, so maybe it won't be much different than what I'm used to.

Yes, Row A for Night 2 popped up after a few tries.
For me as well. I ended up getting Row C seats for both nights. Two rows further - I can handle that haha. Saved $7 that way too.
-
Could have gotten slightly better seats if I waited for the venue presale for the Atlanta shows. Good to know for next time. That being said, I'm perfectly happy with where I am now. Good times to be had regardless!

The sense of entitlement expressed by some in this thread is really entertaining.
I'm not getting that vibe off of anybody. Obviously everybody wants the best seats possible when they go to see their favorite band.
-
Alright I got C9 for Atlanta night one and C6 for night two (eigth row seats). I'm going to be pissed if I check Ticketmaster during the general sale and find out I could have gotten better seats if I waited.

Eith Row near aisle (C6) Atlanta night 2. Trying to decide whether or not to wait for tomorrow's venue presale.

One Wing - while on hold waiting to patch somebody in with Panasonic during my stint doing tech support for Costco.
You And I - in the grocery store (Publix).

I also went to this show. I was pretty far, but I still felt so connected. His tribute to George brought me to tears. Truly amazing performance.

this jam at the end, yes. this song is sorta north mississippi blues syncopation style, yes?
I can dig that. That's what I'm all about.

(and this is post #8,000 for me!)
Cheers.

sarcasm doesn't translate well on the internets.
This is true. I thought that one was somewhat obvious, but that's okay! We cool?

creeper?
Sense of humor?

my friend kayla was about 6 inches short of lifting up her shirt during this one.
Kayla sounds like a nice girl. I would like to meet her sometime.

i don't like the backing vocals on this song...who's singing? haha.
I know! I think it's Mikael. Pretty sure it's the only song he sings on (that I've seen at least). And I think there's a good reason for that...

Oh, totally!! I saw them in Memphis, and then KC last Oct...KC was an outdoor venue and even then it was way cool.
It's a beautiful thing.

I'm glad they sucked!! Much rather hear Jeff!
I agree. But when you're actually there it's kind cool if everybody knows the words and it fills the place up.
-
Jeff must not have been too impressed with the crowd. Started singing earlier than usual.
-
I counted 36.

I'm back in business.

Yes. Started working just in time to hear Glenn's little drum feature in Shot In The Arm.

This is really disappointing. I've been looking forward to this. At least I got to hear the computer voice and the Price is Right theme...

Great setlist. Definitely the most rockin' Wilco show I've been to. So glad I was able to make it.
