Hi,
Have an extra pit ticket for St. Augustine. This is a hard ticket, so I would mail it to you. Selling it for what I purchased it for from Ticketmaster ($57.10). Let me know if you are interested.

I don't think this has been mentioned yet:

It is up on the wilcoworld website now too.

I would love to see a No Blanket/Chair zone like at Newport FF
Yes. I so agree with this.

thrice!
me too x4!
Re. parking at HoB - I have often had good luck on Boylston finding a metered spot. The meters go off at 8 pm, which works out pretty well.
What did people think of the show?
-
For those of you that have heard "why, why, why" - do you think it's going to end up a Wilco song? A TWEEDY song?
-
The new song - the chorus included "why, why, why".
Re "my darling", the following was on twitter:
Thanks @JeffTweedy for playing "My Darling." I requested it for my wife... Who missed the show when one of our kids got sick.
Also, @JeffTweedy, sorry for being over zealous with the request feature on your website. I kinda lost count.
My favorite banter of the night was probably Jeff saying that he spent all of Spencer's college fund on guitars. And that is why spencer has to play in the band now to make money for school.
He also made some comment about having guitars with names on them ("Bob" was the example at the time) so that "he doesn't have to introduce them".
Oh - and he told a story about a show in Berkeley - Spencer and Sue went missing in the afternoon and returned with Spencer in head to toe tie dye. At the show that night Jeff pulled him up on stage and said "look what you hippies have done". I feel like I have heard that story before.
Band sounded great, and so much more comfortable with each other than the Baltimore show I saw in June.

Hummingbird at the Marriott in Indianapolis (here for a conference). At first I thought I was just hearing the song in my head they were playing it so quietly.

didn't look like anyone had posted this one yet:

Hi,
I have one extra ticket for the Akron show on 9/4. It is in ORCH 3, row M. The ticket is at will call, but Frontgate has said that the name can be changed.
Just looking for the ticket to go to a good home - make me an offer.

bbop: I would love it if you would post the setlist from Watkins Family Hour. I so wanted to go, but had to head back home.
I don't think anyone else has mentioned this -- there was a film crew from PBS filming during the Tweedy set and Mavis's set. Asked them what they were filming for, and they said it was for Great Performances. Time frame would probably be about a year from now. They made it sound like it was about Mavis more than Jeff, but still...

They spelled John's last name wrong at the end of the Youtube video. :/
Wilco — 1/29/16, Boston, MA (Orpheum Theatre) [Night 1 of 2]

Oddly, they skipped the first encore and went straight to the hootenanny. They also cut Give Back the Key to My Heart. Shorter show than Portland - exactly 2 hours.
Though it was a seated show, the floor stood throughout SW and the remainder of the set.
Jeff was not particularly talkative. Made some comments to people in the front that were eating pizza that "it was hard not to notice when they were eating on stage".
