is that when wilco begins, or is that when the openers (hacksaw) will start?

I picked US mail as my preorder option from MusicToday, and I got a notification from them on Friday that my package had been shipped, if that helps at all.

okay, i just logged back in to my musictoday account and i now have a tracking number under my order status page. looks like my tix shipped out today! they're shipping out of charlottesville, va. looks like usps priority mail, so HOPEFULLY they will arrive monday or tuesday.

anyone got an 800# for musictoday customer svc? would like to talk to an actual person regarding the knoxville tickets shipping date, instead of receiving the standard auto-reply from emailing them, since the show is now less than two weeks away.

i emailed musictoday yesterday evening to see when they would be shipping. i'll post here when they respond.

(edit: heard back from them late friday afternoon with the standard reply... 'tickets usually ship within two weeks of event....if you haven't receivd them 48 hours prior to the show please contact us.")

well if it doesn't come out on blu-ray, is the dvd at least going to have 5.1 audio?

are there any good, clean, (& safe) hotels nearby (within 5 miles of the theatre) that are less than $100/night???

no problem whatsoever. glad to see that several on here were able to get great seats.

so on friday how to you get tickets...ticketmaster? and what time. I have tried and faild 3 times to get wilco tickets because it sold out in a matter of minutes and i cant miss this one. It seems you have to be a pro to get tickets these days to things.

it will help save time to sign up for an account online before friday. that will save you from having to enter in all your info while frantically trying for tickets.

i was on right at 10am and it immediately said something like 'not enough tickets to satisfy your request.' i was only requesting two tickets. so i kept backing out and going back in and getting the same message. i did this for about 8 minutes and finally got through and ordered my tickets. i got row B in the pit, and am extremely stoked about this.

and just an fyi... every musictoday presale prior to this one i've ended up with "worse" seat locations than were available on the morning of the actual onsale. i would attribute this to the fact that musictoday only gets about 10% of the total tickets to sell for the presale, and the remaining 90% are held for the actual onsale. at least that's what is says on their site.

i'm still angry it's an album title now and not just an obscure wilco song

yeah, i could hardly sleep last night because of this.
