Ted Haggard Resigns, and Bob Dylan propecizes . . .

For those of you who read the news this past day, Ted Haggard, a pastor of a mega-church in Colorado was accused of having paid a male prostitute for sex for three years.

 

The accuser was named Mike Jones, and throughout the article, they(obivously) referred to him as 'Mr. Jones'

 

I just couldn't help the humor I found in recalling "Ballad of a Thin Man"

 

"You walk into the room

with a pencil in your hand

see somebody naked

say 'who is that man?"

 

You're positive something is happening.

but you don't know what it is.

Do you . . . Mr. Jones"

 

this is obviously a joke, but I thought it was humorous, and my other friends aren't big enough Dylan fans to understand why I found this funny.
