The correct answer is Tom Skilling, WGNs weatherman.

I always liked Tom, but these days he's too enthralled with all of the technology at his disposal. Watching him now, when he's done showing us fourteen different maps from fourteen different angles and talking about hot air domes and whatever else, as he's turning it back over to the news anchors I find myself thinking "Wait, but what's the weather going to be like today?"

I agree.....he is a weather nerd of the highest order but he wears it like a badge of honor so it is kinda cool even though his forecasts seem to be consistently wrong. If any industry demands to be regulated, it is the weather forecasting industry. There NEEDS to be repercussions.....serious repercussions for errant forecasts. Dont get me started people.....its a sore spot for me.
