PopTodd Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 I'm not going to say that it's the best hip-hop album of the year; I don't have enough interest in or knowledge of the genre to make such a statement. But I will say that it's a new hip-hop album that I can actually listen to all the way through and enjoy. That doesn't happen too often these days. Free download at his website. Chicago Tribune article HERE. Mensa is the former MC/rapper from the Chicago-based band Kids These Days, whose outstanding (and, sadly, only) album was produced by Jeff Tweedy.
