  1. Don't worry, AWATT...I made sure that my husband wasn't being inconsiderate of the two, kind women behind him. Everytime I looked back, I tried to position him between the two and they would reassure me and say, "Don't worry...they're fine!" We realize how tall he is, even without bouncing our daughter around. Maybe bands should sell a section of tickets just for people who are over 6 feet tall. :thumbup

Now that's a concept. I was on 2nd row center (right beside a taper - thank you very much :dancing ) and directly in front of me was a 6+ foot guy who danced... a lot - which is cool but he blocked Pat and John completely from me most of the night. Suggestion: There should be a section for the tall ones. They can have discounted tickets. :shifty

  2. I have an interesting antidote about the drone.

AGIB was playing in the background while my boyfriend and I were 'getting busy' and the drone started. It's important to note that he's not familiar with the cd. The drone hypnotized me, I lost all concentration. Later he asked me what was taking me so long. When I explained that there was an 11 minute interval on the cd that I had to get through before letting it all go, he was perplexed. "You mean I had to wait 11 minutes because of a cd?" Not that he was complaining about extending the time, it was just that he had no idea what was going on in my head because I was kinda out of it for a while.

For future reference, SBS flows much better.

  3. Uhh....are you sure about that? I wholeheartedly support watching a baseball game. any game, for that matter, with Wilco involved. However, I don't know about being a Cubs fan. It'd be bad for your general health. If the Cubs ever used a Wilco song as their theme song it would be "I Am Trying To Break Your Heart." They've been doing that, and succeeding, for decades now. I officially stopped being a Cubs fan after the inexcusable playoff chokefest in 2003, and i have to admit, my heart has NEVER been healthier. One of the best decisions i have ever made. Go Sox! :yes

Good point, however isn't "I Am Trying to Break Your Heart" taken by the Braves?
