And how does my non-purchase exceed my "previous" non-purchase since I've been locked out of your system since 10:00:15 AM? Ticketmaster - Why?

I was really, really sad to hear this news. Having almost lost my mother 2 years ago, I can't even begin to imagine what Jeff and family are feeling. This is hard even posting this because I simply don't have the words....and I'm a writer who constantly deals with words. Just speaking as a guy who has been fortunate to have a mom for the 25 years of my life, and not speaking as my rock critic alter-ego, my deepest, deepest condolences to Jeff and his entire family, and to friends of the family that knew Jeff's mom.
