So this 1200 kcal diet I am on for 2 weeks now, allowing myself the occasional excession up to 1600 kcal on the weekends is paying off. I lost 1,7 kg during those 14 days, didn't really miss out on anything, and found a website that made it even easier to stay on my goal and lift my ass to do some exercise, because I am tracking not only every kcal I eat & drink, but also the exercise I am doing.
