It was a strange feeling to offer my own position to someone else today, and seeing them ridiculously happy to take it. I think we found the right person for the job, and I feel "my" school will be in good hands. Still, I'm a bit teary-eyed tonight, because this now draws a line under 3 very happy years for me. I guess I've been extremely blessed to work with this team, and can now start to explore new shores.
