how big of a show was the Soldier Field one?

I'm still waiting on my vinyl set to come in. I've had this set for awhile, but can anyone comment on the version of The Good Part on the collection. YHF demo or the live version that's on the ITMWLY single?
live. booklet says its really not live, just a crowd snippet looped
Bought the vinyl and received it last week (it's great). Downloaded the digital mp3 copies from Nonesuch today, have been playing in itunes and so far, each of the tracks I've played have ended prematurely and advanced to the next song. When I back to the song that ended early and scrub past the point that song ended early, it plays (so there is media there). However, when I play a song from the beginning and let it go, it ends early at the same spot.
Anyone else experiencing this?
sounds like your iTunes setting, you might have crossfade on
-
So it looks like Warner has not added the downloads to their website yet. I just redeemed my card and everything that should be there is not. I've just sent them an e-mail letting them know that the download is missing. Hopefully it will be rectified soon.
On a brighter note, the vinyl is sounding wonderful! I can truly say that I have not been as captivated by a collection of music as I am right now with this set. And to think I contemplated even purchasing this release at all...
let me know what you hear about the digital downloads. put my code and takes me to page, but no downloads

Need 1 ticket for night 5. Thanks
-
so how do you get all these bands in on one stage starting at 4 and getting done at 10, typical curfew. means Wilco and MMJ get 60-75 mins.
-
I haven't been to a concert there (don't think they host many), but it's a soccer stadium located near Midway. Maybe I'm just being extra curmudgeony today, but the era of my life where I'm content to sit in my car for an hour and a half waiting to get out of a parking lot is long over I swore off stadium concerts years ago, though this is totally worth coming out of retirement for.
yea. this and PJ at Wrigley make $10 beers, $30 parking and 60 minute entry/exit of venue seem enticing
-
Oh man. I would not go to a horrible, giant, traffic nightmare venue like that for anyone but Wilco. Don't see how I can pass up this amazing lineup though.
whats bad? ive never been there? traffic, parking, sound?

this is actually what ruined the Monday UIC show for me. People telling me to sit down
-
best thing that could happen is to have Pavement play Friday night. that way people arent setting up camp near the stage on saturday and sunday all day ruining it for other acts.

show was great, first time seeing the band. lincoln hall is great too. cant wait to go back for the walkmen and edward sharpe/local natives.

Why they feel the need to continue to play "Driven to Tears" is beyond me. It's such a dull cover and takes up a precious song slot that should filled by an actual Pearl Jam song. If they want to slow things down, play All Those Yesterdays or something.
u got me. i saw it Thunder Bay a few years ago and wasnt too impressed. when i saw they played I Believe In Miracles at one of the LA shows that got my motor running.
