sweet, i saw TV On The Radio monday night which was awesome, and tomorrow a local band is playing on campus.

nice! we have friday off, but i'll be spending most of my weekend writing a ton of stuff.

huh? they sound like a pretty small band, but i liked what i heard on their myspace page. kinda reminded me of black rebel motorcycle club's early stuff. thanks for the dl. its kind of weird that ticketmaster didn't have them listed or the killers' website didn't have anything about them.

i'm seeing the killers on the 10th, but i have no idea who is opening and i can't seem to find any info about it. so i thought i'd ask the knowledgeable folks in these parts, so anyone got the scoop?

np: a friend asked me to put together a collection of 'unheard' grunge stuff, stuff that didn't get radio play or more obscure bands, etc. so i've been revisting a lot of stuff this weekend.

that sounds pretty cool. i'll have to add it to my evergrowing list of music to find.

i just got an email from the editor of our school paper telling me that i can write whatever i want and she'll run it. she apparently isn't very happy with this year's staff.

i'm with b2 here, i think dane cook is pretty funny... i didn't see snl last night, but in general i think he's a good comedian. however, i do think snl seems to find a way to bring the worst out of people for the last six years at least.

how'd you know who i'd be hanging out with?
