  1. Next Spring. March or April maybe?
  2. Well, that answers that question! Thanks!
  3. Right, but look up the pictures on the page. The number of rows in the Orchestra section doesn't add up then. From the picture on the homepage, the seating starts at row B. I'm wondering if there are even going to be Orch. pit seats for this show.
  4. I still can't figure out this seating thing exactly. But, from comparing the two seating charts and the pictures, it looks like the AAA, BBB, and CCC seats aren't shown in the pictures. Instead, there's a big black riser/ stage extension thing and the seating starts at row DDD. This is going off the number of rows and where the handicapped sections are. Does anyone know if there are AAA, BBB, or CCC seats for these shows?
  5. I meant is there a good place that has a collection of live Wilco shows available for download.
  6. I've never been to the Auditorium, so maybe someone who has can help me. I'm looking at the seating chart and the pictures on the Aud. website, but they don't seem to be matching up. Are the Orchestra Pit seats (AAA, BBB, CCC) not visible in those pics? Do they go where the big, black stage extension thing is?
  7. I don't want to hijack this thread, but where's the best source to get live recordings?
  8. yeah, I broke down and bought two. ORCH Row C, seats 303 & 304. Right in the middle! For Friday. If the seats weren't that good I wouldn't have bought them.
  9. I supposed I could always buy them tomorrow, and if they end up being too much selling them off at face + fees. Or I can just be happy I'm seeing Jeff play here in 2 weeks. Decisions, decisions...
  10. I just checked the musictoday website in anticipation of tomorrow morning, and they have ticket prices listed at $37.50. It'll be close to $50 per after tacking on the fees. Being a poor college student, I don't know if I'll be able to afford drop $100 (plus parking, dinner, etc.) for my girlfriend and I to go see them
  11. Exactly! And that's why I come to internet message boards to discuss music and movies. You're going to get new perspectives that may make you think about a piece of work in a completely new light. There's a little bit more to "good" criticism than just saying whether you like it or not.
  12. Even Murphys and Legends aren't the cleanest places. You could try the Urbana bars (Crane Alley, Office) for less of the "college crowd." Probably 15 minute walk from Foellinger. Bar Louie and Firehaus are nicer than most of the campus bars.
  13. I don't know if I'd say that's my favorite song that Jeff's done, but damn is it a good song. I'm feebly trying to learn to play it myself right now. Given that my "favorite" tweedy-related album changes about once every two weeks, I don't think I could pick a single song and stick with it. Maybe album by album: Tupelo stuff: Gun A.M.: Dash 7, honorable mention to blue-eyed soul Being There: Red-eyed blue, honorable mention to Sunken Treasure & Misunderstood Summerteeh: Via Chicago, honorable mention to How to fight loneliness YHF: Reservations, h.m. IATTBYH and Jesus Ghost: Wishful
  14. Row R, Sec2. What the hell. Why did they lie to us?! I sent musictoday an email
  15. Well, it's been updated again. Champaign tickets are on sale at "noon chicago time" Milwaukee tickets are on sale at "12:00PM local time"
  16. Where are you seeing this information? I don't see it at wilcoworld or the musictoday site. I'm hoping to get some tickets for the Champaign show but I don't want to miss out!
