Hmm, still having problems. When I click on the arrows to download all it does is open up another window of the player. Any ideas? Or am I doing something wrong?

Does anyone know if the bonus tracks from "A Ghost is Born" are still able to be downloaded? When I put in my disc I am able to stream the bonus songs but when I click on the arrow like the directions say, I am unable to download and save them to my computer. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
