In a cab back to my NY apt and can't stop smiling. This was the first time I got to see the band in their transplanted home town, and it was clear to me how lucky they are that Chicago is it. This was my 5th & 6th show this year, and the lack of hipsters and genuine free spirited love displayed was a refreshing change. I love my city, but seeing the boys in Brooklyn can make the purest of heart want to pull a bull black nova on most in attendance. They killed it again and brought me joy - so if that's dad rock, then I've been wrong about the burbs. THANK YOU Chicago. THANK YOU, again,
