They call it Happy Hour here at this bar in Jersey. But when people sit and bitch for an hour about their job then it's not really a happy hour for me. Why do the loudest people say the stupidest things. It would really be awesome if the loudest person was also the smartest person in the room too. But that's not going to happen.
