I was skeptical about opening with One Sunday Morning, but I liked how the energy built throughout the set. I was standing right in front of John and so got blown out a bit by the base, but that's to be expected. Overall, great show! They seemed to be having more fun in Spokane, though. And the sound was better in Spokane.

Shirtless (well, wearing a wife-beater) roadie did indeed strike again on Hoodoo Voodoo and was incredibly awesome. So was the back and forth between Pat and Nels on the same song. The biggest highlight for me was Via Chicago straight into Impossible Germany. My two favorite songs. The encore was relentless in the most incredible way. Stellar performance. And Seattle was pretty great, too!
