In the interest of completism, I got my vinyl + cd + T package this morning (1st post, hi everyone). I'm in Carlsbad, CA. Tickled when that big 12.5 x 12.5 box arrived, felt like I was 10 years old, getting my first Three Dog Night albums from Columbia House Record Club! The CD loaded into my Powerbook G4 and into iTunes with no hiccups, but it looks like the tracks are tagged incorrectly; Only "You Never Know" and "Country Disappeared" (tracks 6 & 7) were tagged with "WILCO" in the composer field and were therefore recognized as separate files. I manually edited them but iTunes is still not recognizing "Country..." so I have two separate icons for WTA. Still sounds good though (and the flimsy tee will go on a wall somewhere, doubt it would survive more than 5-6 washings).

I Hear ya on that feeling, i was excited, i didn't like the wta shirt,but i started feeling guilty like a fat girl who ate the last piece of cake, so i ordered another shirt, which i really liked, it was the skull tee.

I got my vinyl on Saturday... and tried to insert my CD into my MacBook Pro so I could import it into iTunes for use on my iPod... but the computer rejected it again and again. Could this be some kind of Warner Bros anti-pirating effort? Anyone here able to rip their cd?

Bc they suck at customer service... I called and they said it was "being processed" and the lady was not helpful at all

they are slow at least to me about getting back to you via email, it sucks i know, as tom petty sang the waiting is the hardest part, i didn't really expect to get it before release date,i was shocked when it arrived,i guess the download of the album will be avalible soon though,it came from aurora ,IL, it would be something if it arrived tomorrow, maybe it will, mail order is unpredictible keep your fingers crossed!

i posted in another thread that i received my vinyl from nonesuch this morning,as i stated before i did receive an email saying it was shipped, i'm not sure why some aren't getting an email yet,hopefully everyone who didn't receive today gets their's in the mail on release day. it came in a big box by the way i didn't even know it was it lol

got my vinyl from nonesuch it sounds awesome!! it came in a giant box lol

i got an email on friday the 26th that told me my item shipped on thursday the 25 at least it's coming i guess lol

yeah i love that shirt,even when i took some heat for wearing it and my brother who's a big ramones fan just wouldn't let up saying they(wilco) ripped them off, he is a wilco fan though,i guess i can forgive him for insulting my t-shirt lol

Just wondering, i know when agib came out and the t-shirt i remember i received it early, but that was when it came from musictoday, this time i ordered from nonesuch,anyway i can't wait for the vinyl

Hm, Wilco store suggests the vinyl version is one on LP; but the email I just got from Amazon is offering me the chance to pre-order Wilco (the Album) as a 2LP set.

i too received the amazon email saying it's a 2 lp set,guess i'll just wait and see what i get in the mail!

I got the mail and UPS came today.. no sign of the single, and still no email confirming shipment.. I also emailed the customer service desk on Saturday, and no response. I emailed again this morning, still nothing.

i forgot, after i pre ordered the album i had a question so i emailed nonesuch it took about a week and a half before they replied to my email, now that's crappy customer service! hopefully you'll get your answer soon.

I agree about the cheeseburger coupon in these trying times i might just have to eat wta when it arrives lol

it was my first ordering from nonsuch as i ordered wta lp/cd combo, as for the wilco store i bought a shirt and i had to log in to my account i made to see the status of my order, i did receive a email when it was shipped with tracking number, as for the you never know vinyl, can't figure out what's up with that, i wouldn't think their shipping wouldn't be much different at nonsuch,maybe it's out of stock? best bet just call them to be on the safe side.

i still have it in my cd changer, and my old mp3 player, i've never tired of it,i'm still excited for getting the vinyl release and cd to which i'm sure both will have a clearer cleaner sound,of course the version i have now is pretty damn good!

i just received born again cd last week in the mail and it's been out for a alittle while now, don't know why i didn't get it earlier but i'm glad i did get it, and it made me want more so hopefully another album in the near future same as autumn defense.

I just bought a turntable a few days ago and i finally opened my sky blue sky lp, i have fallen in love with vinyl lol, now i have a reason to buy the summerteeth lp, that's if it every comes out lol i'm okay with buying the vinyl of the new album since you do get the cd with it but also it does come with it's own cardboard sleeve with artwork on the front and song title's on the back, it's really thin like jenny lewis's latest cd acid tongue, i suppose you can just buy a jewel case if you want to protect your cd better.i'm just telling this stuff in case anyone wasn't sure to get the vinyl or cd,to me it's great to get the vinyl so you can have best of both worlds.

He was such a busy, busy musician, I have to think he lived twice as long as the rest of us for the 25 years he was making music.

Speed racer got me thinking about his solo catalog, so i started going to amazon and a few other places and now it looks like his catalog is out of print except for the last cd, not counting the download but the last offical release is the only one i can find,i bought the first titanic love affair cd on ebay for a $1.99, i did see most of the cd's on ebay, but seems as more people find out about his passing or just wanted to hear some of his solo work, the cd's on ebay seem to be selling alittle more.but as of now you can score a copy without it being too expensive.

I never thought anything about that part in the film, i know alot of stress and having those headaches like that will make you vomit,it's happened to me,you really feel sick to your stomach, and vomiting is about the only thing to make you feel better lol
