I hadn't been able to scrobble my last.fm stats lately since I switched to Mediamonkey (kicks itunes and winamps asses). That all changed yesterday.
woohoo!
In the now listening posts I'm always interested what our British friends are listening to.

I think
has potential to be an entertaining film. -
So June is almost upon us, and summer movies are on their way. Anything you are really looking forward to viewing on the big screen? Anything you've seen recently at the cinema? Any movies the board should stay away from?
I saw Iron Man this weekend. Holy crap it's good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. The cgi on it was so tasteful and not over the top. Very well written too. Next up.... Indiana Jones

but this is more in line w/ Green Album quality than the last 2 pieces of shit
Oh... so it has 2 good songs.... got it

Yes'm. I am such a Radiohead nerd (and Wilco nerd for that matter) that I can know which song a band is playing by looking at who's playing what. And if I'm a little confused, the lighting is usually a dead give away.
Heebadah Sabadah.... NERD ALERT!
but I secretly wish I had the same ability.

ossum like Pinkerton is ossum? or ossum like their last album was less than mediocre ossum?

MHD was running "Radiohead - From The Basement" the other day. They did most of their new songs and threw in a couple from Kid A/Amnesiac. I always love hearing 'Optimistic'. Looked superb in HD.

I'm enjoying this purple chick compilation more than I thought I would

I still have not bought In Rainbows.
Weren't you the same one who had not seen evil dead 2 heard Kid A? (until recently)

Six Plus Three - dig around there
Otherwise - I would think you would have to dig around on BT sites to find them. Unlike the Buddy Holly boxset, I doubt you will find them at Tape City, Dime A Dozen, etc.
Merci Beaucoup. I had a feeling you'd be 1st to respond.
Do you enjoy them? Are they truly a high quality?

I did a quick search and didn't see a thread on this.
I know we have some great bootleg aficionados on this board. Anyone have these? Are they worth searching out at all?

Anyone point me in the right direction to something not called megaupload?

Caught their show last night. Believe it or not, they are much better live.

First thing that popped in my brain when I saw this:
It's the infamous YHF/SBS mashup album
-
Feist + Constantines - Islands In The Stream

Pearl Jam's song "Jeremy" = nails on the chalkboard
-
MMMBop is a good song.
How do you feel about this?
Britney Spears - Toxic > Hanson - MmmmBop

"Snap!" cassette
This is the only Snap Cassette I owned in the 80's
At the majority of concerts I've been to in LA, they play the Jam's "That's Entertainment" over the PA before almost every show I've attended.
I need to explore The Jam and Paul Weller a bit further.

It took a bit of tweaking to do, but eventually I was able to get MM and Winamp to scrobble at the same time.
