myboyblue
I'm planning a trip to New York next month. Are there any online resources similar to the Chicago's Reader that allows you to look at plays, concerts, etc.? Any good touristy sites? This will be the first amount of significant time that I will be in Manhattan in quite some time. We want to do some of the tourist things and we definitely want to see a play or something. We are thinking about "Wicked" but I want to see if there is something better on or off-Broadway. I'm also hoping to catch a concert. I'll take any advice you have...thanks in advance. bjorn_skurj
I think the Village Voice is still operational and has all that stuff in it. I would troll the New York Times website too.
remphish1
Time Out New York Magazine is great to pick up the week you arrive! Also just look at pollstar.com to get an idea of what shows are coming to town before you arrive!
