It's worse than ACL fest and the Republic of Texas Biker Rally combined (and that's saying something). All the shows are oversold and/or packed to the point of discomfort. I've never needed a bike rental, but I hear these guys are good: http://bicyclesportshop.com/ They are on South Lamar and Riverside just south of the river.
