asimplecadence
I've never bought Wilco tickets before (I somehow always miss that they're going to be here until the show is sold out. . )... and even when I've tried to buy them, I've always used Ticketmaster... I tried to get presales from wilcoworld today, but no go.... So where is the public onsale? I know it is tomorrow, but where are they being sold from? Maybe I'm completely blind, but I've been trying to figure it out since 10:30 when I gave up on presales... The venue isn't posted on Ticketmaster, or Tickets.com, and the band isn't listed on the 930 club website... If anyone can help, I'd much appreciate it!

Tickets.com is the only place that sells 9:30 Club tickets. Not sure why you couldn't find it on the website. As for what time they are going on sale...I haven't been able to find that. http://purchase.tickets.com/buy/TicketPurchase?orgid=3595
cryptique
My brother got shut out of the presale so he's angling for the public onsale -- but the only mention of that anywhere is on the wilcoworld site. Pretty frustrating.

Do you think they'll appear tomorrow? You'd think this would be a little easier to figure out...
foousic
Yeah asimplecadence is right, there's no way to buy public tickets for either show on tickets.com.... I've got the pre-sale blues Edit: Yeah I just checked, and there's no listing on ticketbastard either...

I've got the pre-sale blues Edit: Yeah I just checked, and there's no listing on ticketbastard either... Both shows are up on there now. http://purchase.tickets.com/buy/TicketPurchase?orgid=3595 Just needed a little patience. 10AM tomorrow. Good luck everyone. Edit: Nevermind. They were up there for a minute and now they are gone. It said John Doe with Wilco. Either way, I imagine it'll be on there tomorrow at 10AM.
asimplecadence
Thanks for the help (and commiseration, whichever the case may be), y'all.. I'll be checking bright and early on the morrow... and ready to go at 10AM.... but hey, maybe this secretiveness will deter those fans less devoted(/scalpers)... and give us all a better shot at tickets! cryptique
They're up on both the 9:30 site and the Tickets.com site again, saying that the public onsale is tomorrow at 10 AM (as expected). I was exchanging emails with someone at the 9:30 this afternoon, and his responses have me wondering whether they simply forgot to post info about the shows until people started contacting them. Good luck, all. My brother's never seen Wilco, so I hope he scores some tickets.
Coltrane
I don't think the 930 has listed a show by any decent band on their website prior to the pre-sales or on sales in a long, long time. A lot of shows there don't even show up on their schedule until they are already sold out.
asimplecadence
Thanks for all your help, y'all... I'm just used to the jerks at ticketmaster who have things posted months in advance.... hah. but... I GOT 'EM! . Hope you had as much luck as me.
cryptique
It's on. I just snagged four for my brother. Of course, he never got back to me about which of the two shows he wanted to go to, so hopefully he wanted Wednesday.

I snagged 2 for Wednesday as well No luck getting Tuesday but one of the two will be enough.
cryptique
Looks like Wednesday's sold out now too. Whew. My brother was all like, "this isn't going to sell out that fast, is it?" Turns out Wednesday is what he wanted, so I guessed correctly.
